The Standard Designation Pathway is for municipalities and counties which control permitting, planning and zoning, and/or inspection processes.
The Modified Designation Pathway is for counties which do not control permitting, planning and zoning, and/or inspection processes.
You can save your work on the Intake Form and return to complete it later. When you request to save and return, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to return to the form within 30 days. After 30 days, this link will expire. In addition, please note that the form will not save any documents you have uploaded prior to submitting the form. Therefore, please wait to add documentation until you are ready to click submit.
